Wow. Just wow. I’ve been completely blown away. Seriously I don’t know where to start. Amazing service. Just amazing, completely perfect. The environment it self is just outstanding. The staff aren’t even staff they’re your friends too. The way that they treat you. You’re valued so much. My hair, Im so happy with it I cant stop smilling and considering this my first experience coming to a salon they’ve imprinted me with excellence. I have to go back 100% the silk bath is amazing and the colour is just crazy and so vibrant. Thank you all. Im disappointed with myself that I can’t remember names to thank you individually but I will never forget your faces! P.s please go to this salon! even just to have a look. Also this is the only place you should be going for if you want your hair coloured!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had my colour done with Brigita and she was absolutely fantastic from the get-go.

We spent a while discussing what I wanted to achieve and she offered various techniques and ideas – in the end I opted for full-highlights and Brigita was meticulous in choosing the right toners to lighten my hair to the perfect colour.

The colour is amazing and exactly what I wanted: natural, not too warm and with no stripes or streaks. It looks so natural and healthy and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this salon, and Brigita especially.

This is the only place you should be getting your hair coloured! Always have a great experience here. The team are extremely knowledgeable and are always able to offer advice on colour. They know what will look good and how to achieve it. The facilities are amazing with super comfy reclining washing basins and a self dry area if you want to save a bit of money and not have a professional blow dry. The sweet head massage you get with your treatment is also a bonus!

The team are absolutely fantastic and the only salon I can trust to colour my hair. they are friendly and honest and do a fantastic job, would reccomend to anyone even considering colouring their hair. From consultation the colourists are very open and honest about how your hair will turn out so will leave you able to make an informed decision on what you would like to have done. They treat your hair so that colouring will not cause any damage. My hair has actually been in better condition since having it coloured which I was not expecting at all!

Had a wonderful experience with Lisa and Lloyd! Fab salon and really great fun. Was there about 3 hours as I had 20 highlights done and a crazy colour (awesome purple and pink) all over. Then added on a blow-dry which was also brilliant – super shiny curls.

Lloyd talked me through hair care options and Lisa and Lloyd really listened to what I wanted to achieve. I left with the best colour, a really great hair oil, a conditioner in the same shade as my hair, and shampoo and conditioner suited to my colour and hair type.

The chairs are AMAZING for hair washes and it’s the best head massage I’ve ever had! Raving about it to friends and will be going back!

Fabulous professional service in a friendly and relaxed setting. Hannah was great at explaining what she’d need to do for such a drastic colour change as mine and it came out perfectly, and she and Lloyd looked after me so well from start to finish. I left armed with useful tips to care for my fresh colour, and my personalised conditioner. Self-dry blow dry area is a fantastic idea too.

I have been coming to Skyler since before they opened in August. Lloyd and his fantastic team look after me so well, the whole experience is a pleasure from start to finish. My hair has never looked so good, thanks to the advice and quality of the treatments. Why do I keep coming back? The service, the way I don’t have to pay for a blow dry I don’t want but can do it myself, the reclining chairs so my neck doesn’t hurt when they wash my hair, the expert head massages, the fact they let me bring my quiet, well behaved puppy in, lovely useful touches such as plastic covers for my spectacles, the wall mounted hair dryers, the 360 degree mirrored room, the restful music in the hair wash room, but I keep coming back because my hair looks great and it is value for money. Amazing experience !
I am quite particular about my hair and have never had anyone do my colour but my hairdresser back home. Now living in the UK I had to find somewhere to get it done. I went to Skyler as I work opposite the road just to check it out but Lloyd was so good at explaining to me the process of what I wanted done (I wanted to go from warm blonde to cold blonde/silver/whiteish) that I took an appointment straight away for the week after. Hannah did my Full head of highlights amazingly well. I am so happy and can’t wait to go back already ! Service was great and very professional. They are also all round nice and fun people. I can’t speak highly enough about the friendly and knowledgeable staff who are making my colour transformation so enjoyable and exciting.The salon is beautiful: super relaxation area and the head massage to die for! My first visit involved having a soft cleanse, full head highlights and tint, a time consuming process that was made so much more of a pleasurable experience by the attentive colourist Brigitte and Lisa, who explained each step of the process and my options for future visits. Since, I’ve returned for roots and baby lights , which has helped me make the decision to go for it (from dark brown to cover the grey roots) and so next appointment going lighter towards my goal to go grey gracefully! Thank you! I’m not normally a fan of going to sit and stare at myself for 3 hours whilst I have my hair done but this was a truly enjoyable experience. Brigata was wonderful and understanding of my 5 month old baby being in tow.

The consultation was great with discussions on what has worked etc in the past and the knowledge and thoughtfulness the team put into the advice was wonderful.

The environment is relaxing and put me at ease. A fun space with an upbeat team that makes the difference.

The result was a fabulous colour, one which I can honestly say is the best colour I’ve had in the last 15 years. I bounced out of the salon feeling great and knowing I would be a repeat customer again soon. The team definitely give you a memorable experience and go the extra mile.

I had the pleasure of visiting Skyler London for the first time yesterday. I was excited to be visiting colour experts and couldn’t wait to get inside. It is a beautiful bright salon and has a friendly atmosphere. The attention to detail is exquisite. I liked the different areas that are specific to your needs. I loved the special chairs in the hair wash area (I could have easily had a nap there) and the relaxation area where you can help yourself to refreshments and even enjoy some colouring! The idea of different blow dry zones is a concept I haven’t seen in other salons. I really like the idea of being able to chose an option to suit my budget and time schedule. Also the 360 viewing rooms are brilliant for being able to see your new colour from every possibly angle. I came away with a beautiful new colour and a smile on my face. Thank you Lloyd for putting some colour back into my life. I can’t wait for my next appointment.

Amazing experience. Thank you so much Skyler for my colour. Everything about the service was amazing. Think exclusive & Mayfair rather than any of the local high street name competitors.
My colour wasn’t straight forwards as I have extensions. This was no problem for Skyler. My roots are blended perfectly with some baby lights at the front to ensure it all looks good when I tie my hair back.
The head massage was amazing. I almost want to rebook just for the masssge. The self serve drying area is amazing too. Products plus all the brushes etc that you need to perfect your own styling. Obviously they do blow drys if you want to pay the extra for that but having the option to just do colour was fantastic.

Amazing all round experience from the minute you step inside. Receptionist is lovely and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, As did all the staff, all say hello an give a small as they all offer anything to drink etc.
My hair was dull with different hi-lights an grey regrowth. Wasn’t sure what would look right an needed a change, taking Lloyds advice an leaving my hair in literally in his hañds he has worked magic. I left the salon feeling beautiful an happy. Simply amazing experience at Skyler London from start to finish. Professional, friendly staff who’s expertise is second to none. Today was my third visit with Hannah, to touch up my roots and add some baby lights following my first visit when my hair was transformed from years of home colouring (covering the grey) and looking very dull to a beautiful blond full head of highlights and feeling amazing. I have been dying my hair for more than 20 years and seem forever to be searching for a salon where the staff are willing to listen and skilled enough to deliver. At Skyler, they delivered way beyond expectations. From the moment I walked in for a consultation, I felt taken care of and listened to.
I spent around three hours with Lloyd today and, hand on heart, it was the best salon experience I’ve ever had.

I have naturally really dark brown hair (on the verge of black) and I’ve always wanted to go auburn but every hairdressers I’ve been to said that it wouldn’t be possible. However Freda done an amazing job! She explained everything thoroughly, and the colour was better than I could of ever imagined. I’m in love with it!

Finally a hair salon that actually specialises in hair colour! I had such a perfect experience today. The colour I asked for was what I received, along with a 20 minute head massage, complimentary drinks and the staff couldn’t do enough to make me feel comfortable. Today was my second visit at this gorgeous new salon. Firstly let me say how happy I am that they offer a membership scheme, which is perfect for someone like me who touches up my hair colour regularly. During my first Visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Lloyd and Sean who were very kind and attentive to my needs. Rebecca did my hair and she is a delight.
Mark looked after me today and he is super! He clearly knows about hair colouring and is such a perfectionist and very passionate too. I was treated so well and the end result was exactly what I wanted, and more. I walked out feeling wonderful!
To top the experience, the salon is so nice, spacious and modern. I also love the lay-down basin chairs, and the chill out area with access to more treats and drinks. The self blow-dry is also a fab idea.
In essence, a 5 star all round including staff friendliness and atmosphere.

Amazing salon! I had a colour melt done by Chloe and I’m so happy with it. She explained every step of the process and the result was amazing. Everyone was friendly and the salon itself is beautiful. I love the lie down wash basins, and the self blow dry is great! Also you have to have a go on the slide. Will definitely go again as it was such a good experience.

Personalised professional and top notch service delivered by people who really know about colour. The team are completely committed to ensuring you walk out the salon with colour that is right for you. The people working there actually seem to care about the results and making sure you look and feel your best. I have been back a couple of times and plan to continue to do so. I have been to many of London’s so called top salons in Mayfair, West and Central London over the years in search of someone who can actually tell me what will suit me and my hair best. Thankfully I think I have finally found that team of people! The prices are reasonable and the salon has an excellent ambience and feel. Nothing is too much trouble for the Skyler staff and a recommend them completely to anyone who actually wants proper and professional colour services. Steph was amazing and did my colour beautifully!

I was very impressed by the decor and the up-to-the minute systems. I was looked after very well by all the staff who offered me refreshments and a relax while my colour developed.

After my blow dry I came down the slide – which was super fun and certainly have never done in a hairdressers before – before being Shen my new hair in the mirrored booth beneath different lights.

Best experience ever. I went to the salon with a yellow messy hair, 2 inches of dark roots, dry and patched. Ariana have done a really good job, she understood perfectly my idea and made it better than I explained and imagined. I was surprise about the result, my hair looks more than amazing now, shining, super natural color with a lil grey/purple toner, not yellow at all and the roots blended. I am really happy and honestly, I would recommend to everyone this salon because also de treatment I received was fantastic. Thank you very much.

I absolutely loved my experience at Skyler London and would highly recommend it to anyone. From the minute you walk through the doors you’re not only wowed by its ultra modern, stylish interior but you are pampered and treated like a queen from the word go.

My hair colourist Hannah I can’t praise enough and tell you just how fabulous she is! She listened to exactly what I wanted and against all the colour odds gave me just that I absolutely adored it. I left feeling like a new woman! She is so knowledgeable about her trade and I know she would never let me leave feeling unsatisfied. I wouldn’t go to anyone else now but hannah and Skyler.
The salon it’s self is so impressive it’s almost futuristic, from the 360 mirror room to the different tones of lighting, to the bar and as well for that slide….. I’d go back weekly just to ride it!)

I would recommend Skyler London wholeheartedly. I had such a fantastic experience there, from the very moment I stepped in to the building to the second I left. The building is in a great location, has loads of natural light and is such a cool space. Everything has been so well thought through, there is a ‘chill out’ area to relax in whilst your colour is on so you don’t have to stare at yourself in the mirror, the chairs by the wash basins are the comfiest I have ever sat in in a salon; they create a lying down position so that your neck doesn’t hurt…genius!!

All of the staff are really lovely and friendly. The receptionist is so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for her. There is not only a real sense of team amongst the staff, there is also a really clear passion for colouring hair. It was so refreshing seeing them at work with a genuine interest and joy. I had a really lovely lady called Freda and she gave me a Colour melt. She did a wonderful job and I am so pleased with the end result! I love it!!!

Well what can I say? This is the best salon experience I have ever had!
All the team are so friendly and helpful and the colours – just wow!
I have visited the salon twice now and both times I have come away with the biggest smile on my face!!
The amazing Hannah did a most fantastic job on my hair. I love to be pink and the colours were so vibrant!
I love the wash area with the full lay down chairs and “that slide” well what can I say? Definitely quicker than walking back down the stairs!!

This is by far the best hairdressing experience I have had since moving to London. Arianna made magic happen today! I showed five photos of looks that I wanted and she somehow managed to perfectly combine elements from each to get a gorgeous copper colour that suited my skin tone and eyes. The salon itself has a wonderful atmosphere, with lovely staff and even a slide for the kid inside all of us. Highly recommended and I am definitely a repeat customer. Thank you Skyler London! Xx

WOW !!! Where do I start. Walking into the salon is like a breath of fresh air. The environment is cool and decor is amazing, this includes the adult friendly slide. I was welcomed by a delightful team who whisk me into my chair and offered refreshments and went through a step by step evaluation of my hair colour using a 360 room with different lightling to reveal my hair in it’s true form.

I had a wonderful colour done and went round to the wash station OMG a full lay down chair with the full works by a truely amazing girl. After we went upstairs to the drying section which again is amazing as you can choose to dry your own, have it professionaly done or use the self drying machines on the wall! I decided for the pro blowdry.

I returned downstairs via the slide which was great fun and entered the 360 room to reveal the beautiful colour. Amazing!

Hairdressers are normally noisy and very rushed however at Skyler London it is the total opposite I left feeling like I need to return and want to sing from the roof tops as the service was impeccable.

I came to Skyler in desperation after having my colour royally screwed by another salon. I’m so grateful I did, because from the start to end of my session I received a service like I’ve never experienced in my entire life!

Skyler and Lloyd took incredible time explaining exactly what had happened to my hair and why. Samples of my hair were then tested to see if the colour I wanted was viable. I’ve never had such a careful balayage as what Brigita (adorably nicknamed ‘Broccoli’) did.

I could go on forever about everything- the expertise, the head massage, the chairs that stretch out so you’re lying down while your hair is washed, the sitting area with tea, coffee and lolly dispensers… the SLIDE you can ride down on your way out(!!). But what stands out for me was the honesty of the team. If something isn’t possible, they won’t pretend it is and then blame you when they mess up (like… *cough*). For someone like me with hairdresser trust issues, this is a big deal! They achieved colours i didn’t even realise were possible and i would not recommend anyone other than Skyler for hair colour.

I have just left the salon after looking at my hair in their 360 reveal zone. It really is brilliant. Lloyd did my colour but everyone was helpful & friendly. I had “spiralights” (I think thats how it is spelt) I love them. Was just good to be able to talk to people who were genuine experts. The whole experience was completely different to anything I have had done before. I was worried that I would be too ‘old’ for such a trendy establishment.
